Update and Blogging will resume next week

Just a quick update post, although if you follow me on Twitter or Instagram then you probably already know.

I was ill for about a week with the horrible London lurgy (translation - the flu) that has been going round and I'm not going to lie, it completely knocked me for six.

Yes I should have scheduled some posts but sadly (slap on my wrists) I didn't  

Anyhu, I'm so much better now and am catching up with work, life etc and will be back to blogging again next week.

Thanks for all the lovely get well soon messages, I felt the love through all my sneezing.
